What is included in the standard Rokid shipping package?
Each order includes the Rokid smart glasses, a protective carrying case, a USB-C cable for connectivity, a microfiber cleaning cloth, and a quick-start guide to help you set up your device.
How long does shipping take for international orders?
Standard international shipping typically takes 7-14 business days. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout for faster delivery within 3-5 business days.
What is your return policy for electronics?
We offer a 30-day return policy. Products must be returned in their original packaging with all accessories included. Please contact our support team to initiate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Does my Rokid device come with a warranty?
Yes, all Rokid hardware comes with a one-year limited warranty that covers manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover accidental damage or unauthorized modifications.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and Apple Pay. For select regions, we also offer installment plans through Klarna or Affirm.
Are Rokid glasses compatible with my smartphone?
Rokid glasses are compatible with most devices that support DisplayPort over USB-C. This includes many flagship Android phones, iPads, and MacBooks. For iPhone users, a specialized adapter may be required.
