At Rokid, we want you to be completely satisfied with your AR experience; if you are not happy with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. All electronics must be returned in their original packaging with all accessories included to qualify for a return.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team or visit our online portal with your order number and email address to start the return process.
- 2.Prepare the Package
Carefully pack your Rokid device and all original components into the original box to ensure the product is protected during transit.
- 3.Ship the Product
Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
- 4.Receive Your Refund
Once our technicians inspect the returned hardware, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
